Measures to support accessibility
Our established processes and procedures ensure accessibility is implemented across our digital platforms and in how we operate. It is included:
- throughout our internal policies
- in our procurement practices
- when training our staff
- when we prioritise our goals and responsibilities.
We employ formal accessibility quality assurance methods to ensure we meet accessibility requirements. We also run independent accessibility reviews of our website and customer portal.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) outlines and defines requirements to improve accessibility standards.
There are three levels of conformance:
- Level A
- Level AA
- Level AAA.
Our website and Customer Portal is conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
Our website and customer portal has been designed and tested to operate on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. Our digital platforms are also compatible on mobile and tablet devices running iOS and Android.
Technical specifications
We use your web browser, and its assistive technologies and plugins, with HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript to ensure our digital platforms meet accessibility guidelines.
Limitations and alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, you may experience some limitations. We encourage you to contact us if you observe any issues across our website and customer portal.
We have provided some solutions for common accessibility limitations below.
- Animated content: For visual interest, some content on our website moves as the page is scrolled. This feature can be deactivated:
- In Windows 10: Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Show animations in Windows.
- In Mac OS: System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Reduce motion.
- Dynamic financial statements on our customer portal: These statements are generated by an external supplier and are not fully accessible or compliant. We are exploring alternative methods to generate these statements and alternative methods for our you to review them.
For our investors:
- Historical ASX announcements: Historical ASX pdf documents are not fully accessible as this was not a requirement when the document was originally created. All new ASX announcements will be provided as accessible PDFs. These documents are available in alternative formats upon request. Contact us for more information.
Assessment approach
We assessed accessibility of our digital platforms through self- and external evaluation.
