Terms and Conditions
- You authorise Pioneer to debit payments from your nominated account. Debits will occur on the specified dates outlined in the schedule. We typically won't send individual payment confirmations.
- If we need to change the terms of the agreement, we will give you at least 14 days' written notice.
- To delay, pause or change any payment, please inform Pioneer in writing as soon as possible, or at least 7 days before the next payment date. You can contact your Financial Institution with your request as well.
- For questions or disputes about a debit transaction from your account, reach out to us in writing. You can find our contact details at the bottom of this page.
- Ensure that you provide the correct account details.
- It is your responsibility to have sufficient cleared funds available in your account to allow debit payments as per this agreement. If a debit payment fails, you may be charged a fee.
- If a scheduled debit payment is unsuccessful, we will usually try to debit the payment again 3 to 5 business days after the first attempt.
- If a debit due date is on any day that is not a business day, we will debit the payment on the business day before that date. You can contact Pioneer or your Financial Institution if you're unsure when a payment will be processed.
- We will keep your account information and debit payment details confidential, except when we need to disclose information to process payments, resolve disputes, or as required by law.
- Pioneer is not responsible for any loss or damage due to incorrect or incomplete account details or delays in the payment process.
- Pioneer may contact you to remind you about upcoming payments. If you do not want to receive these reminders, please let us know at any time and we will stop this service.
