Our Customer Advocate acts independently within the business to ensure their voice is heard and that they're treated with dignity throughout their journey with us. We understand that financial challenges can be stressful. If customers have concerns about their experience with Pioneer, Sam is here to listen and ensure our actions reflect our commitment to doing the right thing.


Hardship and Care team
Pioneer offers specifically tailored options for our customers who are experiencing hardship. If our customers find themselves in a difficult situation and need extra support, our dedicated care team is here to help. Together, we can create a solution that works for them.
We're especially committed to supporting those in vulnerable circumstances, including survivors of family or domestic violence, financial abuse, elder abuse, and those living with serious illnesses or impairments. Our support is founded in compassion and respect.
