Your payment plan

Staying on track offers great benefits and we're here to help if you need support

Why is it important?

Payment plans allow you to choose the amount and frequency of payments to be made to settle your account over time, but they also help in other ways:

  • Protect your credit: consistent payments help maintain or improve your credit.
  • Less stress: staying on track gives you peace of mind.
  • Build trust: keeping up makes it easier to negotiate future adjustments.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum amount I can pay? Can I make extra payments?

You can pay whatever amount you can afford. If you're unsure about what that might be, our team is here to help you. You can also make extra payments towards your account to help close it sooner.

Why are you taking money out on the wrong day or multiple times a week?

If a payment is reversed, we will attempt to process it again two days after the scheduled payment. For more information, please review our Direct Debit Service Agreement.

What time do you take the money out of my account? Why did you put it back in?

Our Direct Debit process occurs early in the morning. We recommend setting up a Direct Debit with Pioneer the day after you are paid to avoid a reversal.

Do you offer CentrePay?

We do not offer CentrePay. However, if you're experiencing financial hardship, please complete our hardship application form or get in touch to discuss your options.

customer story

I feel I was quite lucky to get Pioneer...financial companies in the past (have been) very rigid. I felt like Pioneer offered more solutions.
