How we help
We understand how fortunate we are, and have a tradition of giving back. Our Pioneer team is proud to volunteer their time to support community events and programs that deliver positive change. We're always ready to do our bit to help our partners make a lasting impact.
Every year Pioneer gets involved in raising money for ToyBox Australia, a charity dedicated to supporting Australia’s sick and disadvantaged children. Pioneer matches the amount raised by our team, doubling the impact of our donations. Over the years we've had the privilege of donating children's medical equipment and Christmas presents. Our team also volunteer their time to wrap these gifts, helping make Christmas that little easier for families spending it in hospital.
Further community connections
We’re proud to help brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families by volunteering our time and spreading messages of hope.
We take part in Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and the Cancer Council Morning Tea to raise funds for a cancer-free future.
Our team have received Lifeline Crisis training to help us support our customers, loved ones and each other through difficult times.
